In this pediatric cohort study, seropositivity was associated with 49-64% less symptomatic #COVID19 reinfection in Nicaragua, with variation across age groups. Symptomatic #SARSCoV2 reinfections were quite common, accounting for 20% of COVID-19 episodes.
